The primary responsibilities for the Code Enforcement Officer are:

• Enforcement of local land use laws
• Safety of structures within the Town
• Issuance of building permits
• Ensure all projects are completed safely and in accordance with Town requirements and New York State building codes
• Fire, Floodwater, and Stormwater Inspections
