WELCOME TO THE TOWN OF KINGSTON TOWN CLERK'S OFFICE

The Town Clerk is an elected official serving a four year term. As the Records Administrator, Licensing Officer, and Registrar of Vital Statistics the Town Clerk maintains all Town records and issues vital statistics records including:

  • Town Board meeting minutes
  • Birth & Death Certificates
  • Dog Licenses
  • Games of Chance Licenses
  • Collect Town fees (except court fees)
  • FOIL requests
  • Scheduling of parks and meeting rooms
  • Publish and process bid notices
  • Legal notices
  • Notary Public

TAX COLLECTION

Property Tax payments are accepted from January 1 through May 31. No payments are accepted at Town Hall after June 1st. To pay property taxes after June 1st, contact the Ulster County Department of Finance at 845-340-3431.
